Montclair, NJ student teachers

Thank goodness new teachers are still being trained before they are placed in low income, low functioning schools. The Montclair NJ teacher training program is superior in every way to the Teach for America intern program that throws new teachers, without student teaching experience, into schools that are difficult for even the most veteran teacher.

Montclair State University teacher preparation program

I was just accepted into the teaching program, along with the Urban Teaching Academy. As a student, I am proud to say that I appreciate the intellectuals that worked hard to come up with the details of the program. For students that are thinking about becoming a teacher in the future, I would advise to seriously think about MSU. I do not want to sound like an advertisement; I just want to let everyone know that as a future teacher I really think that I made the correct choice. The experience gained from the program can’t compare to any surrounding universities.
